Day 8 : What's In My Bag? #BEDAoutmumbered

With two children very close together I seemed to abandon handbags for a while and carry a changing bag everywhere instead. When my youngest went through the potty training stage I busted it out again but now he's finished that bit and I no longer need to carry around the wipes, the changes of clothes and the likes I've gone in the opposite direction. My handbag, after carrying around everything but the kitchen sink for the last 4 years or so, is now rather sparse and empty. I am loving it!

In my bag I have; a packet of tissues, keys, a carmex lip balm, polo mints, emergency hair supplies, my purse, my phone and a couple of old bus tickets. That's it! And how wonderful it is after years of having to squeeze my bits into a side pocket because my bag was filled to the brim with children's bits and pieces.

  1. That's what my bag is like now absolutely full to brim with stuff. E has just finished potty training luckily if not I would have even more stuff in my changing bag. Although if we do go out for a long day out I do take extra clothes in a doc mcstuffins bag for E to carry on her back. She loves it.

    1. Oh gosh, they forget to tell you how much stuff you have to carry around when they're potty training don't they!! We usually take a bigger bag or one of their back-packs if we're going out for the day too - so sweet seeing them run around with their little bags on their backs :) x

    1. Ah yes, I remember having to go back to a big bag for a while during the potty training bit - so many things to have to carry around again!! I've had it a while but I'm pretty sure it was from Primark x
